A unique way to develop & invest in young people
Each year, the Accenture Internship Program in Belgium offers final year Business Management and Technology Bachelor and Master students the opportunity to experience an outstanding 3 month experience deep-dive into our world of Business & Technology. They get to work as one of the team on real client cases or exciting internal research projects, combined with multiple networking and professional development opportunities while being coached by our experts and actively contributing to making our society Digital.
In 2016, 45 interns have decided to take the first steps of their career journey at Accenture! Sixteen of them have seized the opportunity to explore Accenture life abroad by choosing to spend their 3-month internship at one of our Delivery Centers in India, Prague, Riga, Bratislava, Heerlen and Mauritius. This adds an extra special dimension to their experience, opening their horizons to new cultures, with new sights and sounds and truly international teammates. It proves to be an additional way to differentiate themselves from their peers before graduating.
Wherever they are heading, we wish them all good luck, a great learning curve and hope they enjoy the Accenture journey like our employees do!
Collaborating… The Accenture Way
The Accenture Internship Program in Belgium continues to grow each year thanks to our close relationship with the universities and colleges involved. Its success is also thanks to the tireless efforts of numerous colleagues: identifying client cases for the students, conducting intake interviews, and being their dedicated coaches during 3 months both in Belgium & Luxembourg and in our Delivery Centers abroad.
