On June 23, we were proud to receive on behalf of Accenture in Belgium & Luxembourg, the Oracle Industry Partner of the Year 2016 award at the annual Oracle Excellence Awards ceremony in Antwerp.
This award recognizes the year-on-year efforts of our Oracle practice to position Oracle solutions in the market as well as Accenture’s proven implementation track record in Belgium & Luxembourg, helping our clients translate their Oracle investments into sustainable business success.
In addition, during the past year, Accenture’s longstanding partnership with Oracle has been further enriched by the launch of a joint Accenture and Oracle Business Group (AOBG) – the first of its kind formed by Oracle with an alliance partner – to jointly sell and deliver end-to-end industry-led solutions built on Oracle’s Cloud technologies. Through the AOBG, we bring together Accenture’s deep industry expertise with Oracle’s extensive set of Cloud solutions in order to help clients realize the benefits of the Cloud faster and with reduced risk. In Belgium, the AOBG is currently delivering a ERP Transformation program at a leading Telco provider.
Accenture also partners with Oracle to help clients transform their data centers based on Oracle Engineered Systems (OES). Accenture’s Enkitec Group has one of the largest concentrations of senior talent in Oracle database and Engineered Systems in the world and our Enkitec professionals assist clients to reap the maximum results from OES.
