The independent audit by the Top Employers Institute confirmed that Accenture continues to offer high quality employee conditions, outstanding opportunities to grow and learn at every level of our organization, and leadership in the HR domain. In particular, the audit highlighted the active engagement of our leadership team in developing our talent strategy, the mechanisms we have in place to take the (future) ambitions of our people into account, and the importance we attach to transparent communication on our business strategy, with regular touchpoints for open dialogue and the exchange of ideas.
