We are proud to announce that Accenture is recognized for the second consecutive year as a Top Employer Belgium. In addition, we received important extra recognition as a Top Employer Europe 2016 (Accenture Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Poland and Italy combined).
Top Employer certification is based on an intensive and independent audit by the Top Employers Institute together with Accenture HR, Marketing and Leadership. The audit confirmed that Accenture offers high quality employee conditions, nurtures and develops talent at all levels of the organization and demonstrates leadership in the HR environment, always striving to optimize its employment practices and develop its employees.
During the audit, we were able to proudly share many best practices in Belgium & Luxembourg including shaping and implementing our business strategy in dialog with our people, our Leadership Program, a wide variety of people engagement initiatives including Inclusion & Diversity, our Fit At Work program, and Corporate Citizenship, the passion of our University and College Action teams in attracting new talent, our clear employer branding, plus our internal Innovation Challenge that is a launch pad for startups founded by our people, most recently Geniefacts and the newly launched Flavr.
These awards, plus the recognition in December 2015 of our Luxembourg practice as a ‘Great Company to work with’, are thanks to our people. Accenture will continue working with them and future employees to make our Belgium & Luxembourg practice an even greater workplace.
