Accenture interns experience a new world

Accenture internship In india

We recently announced the start of an exciting digital journey for our 2016 group of 45 Accenture interns. These Business Management and Technology Bachelor and Master students from Belgium will graduate in June this year, but first they have embarked on a deep-dive into our world of Business & Technology, both at home and abroad.

During three months, they get to work as one of the team on real client cases or exciting internal research projects, coached by our experts and supplemented by multiple networking and professional development opportunities.

First feelings

Several weeks have passed since they started and it’s time to share their first experiences. To kick off, we are delighted to introduce you to Dylan and Louis, two talented undergraduates currently working in one of our delivery centers in India.

“I really wanted to go abroad for my internship, so I was very pleased that my school put me in contact with Accenture. I was one of the lucky candidates chosen for an internship at Accenture in India during 12 weeks. I’ve been learning new things from the moment I arrived, from new ways of working with people across the world who collaborate on the same projects, to daily life in India, which is very different from Belgium. I already know that this internship will definitely contribute to my future and improve my overall knowledge and confidence. I would definitely recommend other students to take the same leap and do their internship abroad. It’s the best way to expand your mindset and become more open to new cultures and innovative ideas.”

“Being away from Belgium for a few months is an opportunity to grow as a person, to discover a new culture and to expand my network. All of this plus the training I receive is contributing to improving myself – my intrinsic development – and will help me flourish in the future, both from a business as well as from a human perspective because I get to work with and learn from people who really know their craft. Besides gaining work experience, I’m also exploring India and its culture, meeting interesting people and making new friends. If you want to discover new ways of solving problems, new approaches and attitudes and to be prepared for the future, Accenture offers you the opportunity of a lifetime.”
